Our client needed to expand their real-time building automation platform with a mobile application and a scalable cloud-native architecture. To deliver on this, they required modern tools and processes ranging from secure multi-level authentication and continuous deployment pipelines to a flexible data model capable of supporting millions of IoT data points. Their existing team lacked the capacity and specialized expertise in mobile, cloud, and IoT integration to achieve these goals at speed.

SGA deployed a full agile project team to design the system architecture and implement a modern cloud-native foundation on AWS. We established CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases and developed native iOS and Android apps. Our team built scalable microservices, optimized IoT communication with Node-RED, and partnered with the client’s IT to create and migrate to a comprehensive new operations model.
