Business Challenge
As a leader in the luxury automotive space, the client’s website attracted significant traffic from high-intent shoppers exploring models, configurations, and brand experiences. However, despite strong engagement, the brand faced a persistent challenge: converting this digital interest into actionable outcomes such as lead submissions, dealership visits, and vehicle reservations.
Solution
At the core of the solution was a conversational assistant powered by Claude AI, seamlessly embedded within the existing website architecture. It connected to live inventory and pricing feeds, enabling the assistant to present VIN-specific vehicles available at nearby dealerships, complete with up-to-date incentives, lease offers, and financing options. By layering this intelligence onto existing site services and UI components, we accelerated development and avoided disruptive rework of existing features.
